Eversince the nude photographs scandal of suspected artistes, one of the victims implicated Gillian Chung made her first public appearance. She admitted: 'Last time, I was very naive and foolish. I am deeply sorry the matter had impacted the society.

The Twins fan event started at 1pm as they had a fan gathering with 100 over fans playing all sorts of games and having fun. The press conference started at 2.15pm and Gillian is now reading her statement and was reportedly wearing a smiling face as she took to the stage to read her statement. The scene was pretty chaotic with more than 100 media personnel trying to get the best spot.

Based on the memorabilia appearing in the background of the photos, reporters speculate that Cecilia Cheung Pak Chi had an affair with Edison when she was in her turbulent stage with Nicholas Tse Ting Fung, circa 2004 to 2005. Cecilia and Edison may have been involved for approximately 3 years.

Gillian Chung, who is involved in the recent suspected celebrity sex scandal, has never made a public appearance since the incident started. However, we have just received notice from Mani Fok that Gillian will be attending a fans gathering on 11th of this month (Monday) with good friend and partner, Charlene Choi. Mani Fok emphasised that Twins have attended this function every year to celebrate with fans, but in the previous years the party was held privately. Due to everyone wanting to know Gillian's recent situation, the company has decided to break the rules this year and allow the media in; using actions to clear up the recent rumours.

TVB celebrated the Chinese New Year in the traditional style today, with an appearance by the company's Executive Chairman Sir Run Run Shaw (邵逸夫) and Company Director Mrs Christina Lee (利孝和夫人) to watch a light hearted celebratory show laid on by some of the station's artistes.

The live show was hosted by Liza Wang (汪明荃), Margie Tsang (曾華倩) and Joey Leung (梁榮忠) and included sketches and performances by the cast of War Of In-Laws II <野蠻奶奶大戰戈師奶>, led by Bosco Wong (黃宗澤) and Myolie Wu (胡杏兒). Geomancy expert Mak Ling Ling (麥玲玲) was also on hand with some new year horoscopes and fung shui tips.

TVB's Chinese New Year countdown event was held this evening at the Citywalk shopping mall in Tsuen Wan's Vision City. The show was attended by guests including Leo Ku (古巨基) and Nancy Sit (薛家燕) and hosted by Liza Wang (汪明荃). Other artistes giving performances to welcome the year of the rat included Sammul Chan (陳鍵鋒) and Selena Li (李詩韻).

In line with the tradition, the evergreen Wu Fung (胡楓) made a customary appearance as the God of Prosperity.

Leo revealed that he will be flying over to America to perform in some new year shows shortly and then he will be heading to Los Angeles, where he has some lessons planned to help him improve his singing ability even further.
