Cecilia Cheung Pak Chi's due date was originally next week. But last night, she experienced labor contractions and entered the hospital, ready to give birth to the baby!

With the impending birth of their baby, Cecilia and Nic also received other good news. Cecilia's apartment, which she bought in 2005 at $21 million (HKD) was sold at $26 million (HKD), thus returning a profit of $5 million (HKD)!

Cecilia had a successful history in past property investments. Earlier she sold 2 properties and earned $11.9 million (HKD) in profit! In 2003, Cecilia bought property when real estate values plummetted to an all-time low. She bought the house for $4.9 million (HKD) moved into the house with her family.

When property values shot up in 2005, Cecilia sold the house for $8.5 million and pocketed the $3.5 million in profit!
