 Theresa Fu Denies Having Similar Songs to Stephy & Kary

A press conference was held to announce that Theresa Fu’s latest album ‘My Cup of T’ has sold over 10 000 copies while a third edition of her new book, ‘T with Sunshine’, is currently being reprinted. The performer attended yesterday’s function wearing a sailor outfit resembling that of Japanese manga heroin, Sailor Moon.

Those at yesterday’s celebration event include Gold Label boss, Paco Wong and executive Fei-Hong Chen (陳輝虹). Paco praised Theresa for being one of the hardest working and determined newcomers in the industry, making the actress-singer extremely moved. Theresa later commented, “After hearing of my achievement and Paco’s words, I was really touched. I tried not to cry though because I did not want to ruin my make-up.” Theresa disclosed that she had worked with her stylist to come up with the Sailor Moon outfit, she said, “Previously, I had dressed up as a nurse, so I decided to dress up in a sailor outfit!”

Theresa is currently busy with preparations with her next album. The singer revealed that not only will there be different types of songs but she will also be incorporating dancing into her performances. When asked if she was worried about being compared with Kary Ng, Theresa replied, “We dance differently, Kary’s dance is more explosive whereas mine will be more feminine with more twists and turns!” Theresa also denied having similar songs to Stephy Tang.
