The lighting ceremony for TVB's 2007 Anniversary took place yesterday. Normally the Best Actress Award attracted the most public interest. Due to the popularity of "Heart of Greed" 《溏心風暴》, Lee Si Kei and Susanna Kwan Kuk Ying were hot favorites to win the Best Actress Award this year.

Lee Si Kei and Susanna's prominence were obvious due to their forefront positions during the lighting ceremony. They were placed alongside heavy-weights, Liza Wang and Dodo Cheng and took more prominent positions than even fadans, Gigi Lai and Charmaine Sheh.

On the other hand, none of the lead actresses in "The Drive of Life" were nominated for their respective roles in the series!

There will be 13 awards distributed in various categories. This year's nomination rules changed from prior years. An artist can only be nominated in each awards category only once. Even if the artist leads in numerous series, he/ she can only be nominated for one series.
