Female cast members from TVB series When Easterly Showers Fall On The Sunny West <東山飄雨西關晴> take part in a promotional event, 25 October 2008, Tuen Mun Town Plaza, Hong Kong.

A promotional event for TVB series When Easterly Showers Fall On The Sunny West <東山飄雨西關晴> was held yesterday at Tuen Mun Town Plaza, attended by cast members including Liza Wang (汪明荃), Charmaine Sheh (佘詩曼), Joe Ma (馬德鐘), Samuel Kwok (郭峰), Raymond Wong (黃浩然) and Edwin Siu (蕭正楠). 

During one of the games, the groups of artistes had to stand together in a small box and Charmaine was grouped with Samuel and Edwin. Standing in close proximity to the two men, she seemed to be rather awkward about the situation. Later she explained that she was not blushing because she was embarrassed and it was because it was too crowded and she found it hard to breathe.

Charmaine is currently busy shopping for an outfit to wear at the TVB annivesary gala. When asked about the recent news that TVB has now found a new jeweller sponsor to make the trophies, Charmaine said that the meaning of the awards is more than just the material factor.

Liza was asked to comment about the recent reports that her good friend Carol Cheng (鄭裕玲) has announced a split from her partner of 15 years David Lui (呂方). However, Liza declined to comment because she had not seen the reports and did now know if this was true or not.
