Following the success of TVB series D.I.E <古靈精探> this year, the station has decided to film a sequel for the show and many members of the original cast, including Roger Kwok (郭晉安), Sonija Kwok (郭羨妮), Derek Kok (郭政鴻), Mimi Lo (羅敏莊), Nancy Wu (胡定欣), Rain Lau (劉玉翠) and Kitty Yuen (小儀), were reunited at the costume fitting ceremony for the series on Monday. Roger's character in the show will have a son, but he is not looking forward to working opposite a child star and seemed worried that this will be a challenge. He said that when they filmed the sales presentation clip for the show, the company arranged for him to work with a baby that was barely a month old and he felt very awkward about it. Roger's own son, Brad, is six months old and he felt strongly that he would not allow his son to film at such a young age because it is very hard work for the baby.Asked if he would allow Brad to work in television when he is older, Roger replied firmly that he would not allow him to appear on screen until he had finished his education. Sonija also admitted that working opposite children is hard work. She revealed that Roger secretly wants his son to follow in his footsteps and told of how Roger had pointed at a photo of himself outside a studio and announced that the picture will be replaced by one of Brad in twenty years time. She laughed that maybe Roger wants Brad to take a TVB best actor award too. |
