After her court hearing for the possession drugs case, Jill Vidal will be returning to Hong Kong tomorrow (April 25th). Because Jill had been arrested, her record company, Amusic held a high-profiled press conference and officially confirmed that Jill had done drugs. In the near future, Amusic will end the contract with Jill as their artist. As of now, Jill had been proven guilty for possessing and doing drugs in Japan and for this reason, her record company decided to terminate her contract with them. Amusic’s representative Ms. Sum expressed that, at this moment they will focus on settling Jill down first before discussing on the contract termination.
Jill’s court hearing came to an end today where it was concluded that Jill was guilty for possessing drugs. The court sentenced her to 2 years in prison and suspended for 3 years. In court, she admitted to have brought 16 bags of Heroin into Japan and in the past year she had done drugs numerous times. Jill spoke on the phone with her sister Janice and boss Leon Lai. She admitted wrong to Leon over the phone. She understands that she will be able to freely go back to Hong Kong, but she will be losing her most loved career in the Music Industry. The consequence is definitely a big one. Yesterday in court, when the lawyer asked her questions regarding to Kelvin Kwan, she seem to have been able to conceal her feelings. The representative lawyer first asked her if she knew that the original person who brought the Marijuana into Japan (Kelvin Kwan) went back to Hong Kong? Jill said: “I didn’t know!”. It was asked again if she knew that she had to stay behind, while he was able to go back to Hong Kong? She answered: “Because my crime was more serious.” The lawyer asked again: “Do you know that Kelvin and his family members are very worried about you?” She nodded: “I know. I am very thankful of them for their support.”
Kelvin Kwan continues to be in closed doors Do you know of Kelvin’s current condition? His record company’s manager Mr. Wong revealed that Kelvin is still at home working on his guitar, piano and self-study. Alan Tam : Hope they learned a lesson and will be able to have a fresh start from now on, as good people. Kay Tse: Sent prayers to Jill Had always supported Kelvin Kwan, she said: “I don’t know what comforting words to tell Jill, but I don’t want to disturb her. I did send her my prayers in a short text message. As for Kelvin, I recently have been involved with many gossips, many people don’t like me. I’m afraid I’ll end up affecting him, therefore I won’t be contacting him.”
