I think Arenas deserves with the amount of points he puts up every night to help his team. Go Wade! The guy is always giving his best hopefully Heat can make a run to the postseason after the Allstar Break.

The west should win! look at their line up and reserves! - its crazy
I can't believe bosh got a starting spot -.-
Yeah i think Areanas deserves a starting spot comapred to cater. Carter has had a pretty average season. Arenas is just on fire with buzzer beaters and 30+ point games.

I can't believe bosh got a starting spot -.-

I can. Look at his sheer RPG numbers. that's dominating the paint, right there. in addition to his 20+ ppg.

Michael Jordan and Dominique Wilkins lead four former Slam Dunk competition champions who will serve as judges for the last event of All-Star Saturday night. They will be joined by Hall of Famer Julius Erving and two other champs who will play in the All-Star game: Kobe Bryant and Vince Carter. New York guard Nate Robinson will try to defend his title against Orlando All-Star Dwight Howard, Chicago rookie Tyrus Thomas and Boston's Gerald Green."

I kind like the fact that the greatest dunkers will be judging this year's slam dunk contest. Will they be fair in their scoring is another story.

sorry to shaq fans, but Shaq should not make it to the all star game, he STINKS!!!!!
why not give someone else a chance. We need some new guns to play the all star game. its like shaq all the time. and yes i like the matchup with yao, but seeing shaq in the gmae just makes me thing there is no talent in the league. HE IS OLD.

It'll be interesting to see if the Easts can cause an upset yet again despite the extremely strong lineup the Western all stars possess! Game on!

I thought All Star Weekend was pretty bad this year. Dunk Contest wasn't that great. I only liked Dwight Howard's high jump dunk. The All Star game was disappointing. The East were playing really bad.
