Uploading CDs -- minimum bps?

Is there a minimum bit rate requirement for the uploads (of mp3s)?

if your uploading and sharing there shouldn't be a requirement....it's up to you :)

if you reuploading it... it's fine...it doesn't matter where the file originated from.
