Whoa, there's a lot of Final Fantasy fans. Just 3 top games isn't enough hehe.
Here's the top 3 that comes to mind:

Metal Gear Solid (such a great game and the best quality game I've played, they should make a movie for it)
Splinter Cell (great online multiplayer feature and part 3 supports co-op mode which I haven't tried yet)
Final Fantasy (I've played FF VIII and still playing FF VII)

StreetFighter (Best beat 'em up)
Ninja Gaiden (Xbox)
Bomberman (Great game when you have your friends around)

I think the Japanese really make quality games. The U.S. seem to rush their games and then it becomes all buggy.
