some speculate it may take a few years to get things going. that means maybe a few more season without hockey.

If the NHL wanted to, they could just hold out and say "Take our profit sharing plans or go!"
and they would have to resort to playing in Smaller hockey leagues for $1000 a week.
I dont blame the NHL tho, because they were losing alot of money.
about 70% of the money earned by the NHL is to pay the players.......

they said there will be hocky in septemeber for sure but there's no hockey this season. ahh well...

i'm not really one of those hockey fans. but its pretty sad. think of all those business that lost revenue cuz of that. oh and the fans. have you guys seen that beer commercial where those guys were singing "do you really want to hurt me?" i think it was molson.
