Whenever I drink english traditional tea i use to like mine with milk and sugar, soon after that changed to just only milk, but now I dont even drink milk with it (not because of above but because milk makes acne worser), I prefer to drink tea black now

Without. Apparently, adding milk takes away the antioxidants of the tea - making it lose its health benefits. And I prefer a lighter version of tea without the milk, anyway

no milk! at my household we drink chinese tea, so it's sorta werid to put milk in that... i always do a mental throwup when i see my friends add milk and sugar to their chinese tea. to me, it's two complete different tastes put into one.

I like tea with milk. anything taken in moderation is ok. too much of anything is bad.

But it just tastes so bitter without milk, and even if sugar is added, tastes so .... yuk!

Tea? I live in england so english tea wouldn't be tea without the tea ya'know. >.>
and half a spoon of sugar. =D

But drinking to much english tea makes me go toilet...lots.

Personally, i prefer more herbal teas inc. jasmine, oolong and green, ones you don't normally put milk in.
I've seen english people put sugar and milk in green tea though
