I'm use to chinese teas, so I don't add milk in them.

Without. Apparently, adding milk takes away the antioxidants of the tea - making it lose its health benefits. And I prefer a lighter version of tea without the milk, anyway
-
No milk!!! Only lemon and honey. It's soooo good that way!
-
Both are very tasty imo
But in terms of health..idk lol
-
no milk! at my household we drink chinese tea, so it's sorta werid to put milk in that... i always do a mental throwup when i see my friends add milk and sugar to their chinese tea. to me, it's two complete different tastes put into one.

i use to drink English tea (earl grey, i think it was called) with sugar and milk, but can drink without sugar or without sugar and milk, but nowadays, i stick with my Japanese Green tea or Chinese tea
much healthier and nicer ^^
-
It's true that drinking tea wiyhout milk is the best. And u can get to taste the natural taste of tea.
-
I like tea with milk. anything taken in moderation is ok. too much of anything is bad.

But it just tastes so bitter without milk, and even if sugar is added, tastes so .... yuk!

Tea? I live in england so english tea wouldn't be tea without the tea ya'know. >.>
and half a spoon of sugar. =D
But drinking to much english tea makes me go toilet...lots.
Personally, i prefer more herbal teas inc. jasmine, oolong and green, ones you don't normally put milk in.
I've seen english people put sugar and milk in green tea though
