Overall, it didn't really bother me, her voice was always like that. Idy's acting is pretty good, loved it when that guy refer her as Gu Gu in this show, even though it was kinda cheesy.

BT kept calling her GOO gOO. I remember back in the days, that's wat andy lau kept calling her too. i think the writer/director addd that on purpose, lol.

Yeah her voice sounds a bit hoarse but her acting is still kind of good. A lot of people are watching this series because of her. Hopefully she wont disappoint us

I think she still looks good for her age and her acting is the same as back then "condor hero", she's still quite good. As for the voice, she's born with it so it's not her fault, actually might be her trademark, lol...

guys, is it because of her acting, her role or the script? i dont think it's her fault for her acting. But she did said it herself. She didnt act for more than a decade so she's basically a rusted steel and she said she's basically like a newcomer.

this is nice.. i never think of that siu long bao refer as siu long lui..

the first few episode Idy chan's acting is not that good.. but it catch up after the few episode. Perhaps like she said she is an ancient person that good on ancient serie.

Chinks over look it. I think her acting is fine. Her voice i regular, nothing irritable. If her voice was an issue, then it wouldn't have mattered b4 this.

Umm, I don't think her acting is anything bad or odd. She plays the dumbish house wife, and she does a great job. Maybe she doesn't excel, but if she did, you'd all proally said she was doing her same shit like all TVB 2ndary roles and not give her attention. It's like driving, you can be away it for so long and you'll never forget it. It' one of those things, like skating.

she has always been a dull actress... very stiff even in condor heroes im just surprise at how bad her voice changed and yes she has aged...but normal people do age lol...it's her voice that bothers me...i'll be surprise if TVB ask her to make another series!.
