I feel that my current weight is not ideal.well, i KNOW it's not ideal..lol I've joined a sport at school and we have weight training a couple days a week. However, i feel like I've gain so much more muscle and the flab is still there. If i keep this up, will i end up with elephant arms and legs? O_O
Any advice? I don't want to do something that's irreversible.
