sample stores in HK

does anyone know of sample stores in HK? i heard they have some that sell brand name samples for low prices...brands like Abercrombie, Hollister, etc. etc....anyone know where there is one?

Ive seen plenty of these shops that sell beauty products all around HK, but not sure if they are specially selling at low prices
