I understand that in some cultures, sex before marriage is a sin/taboo/whatever you want to call it. My question is, after you do it once, is it still just as bad the 2nd time around?

Once you got it, it "can" become a norm and will be evoked into your mind as a "need" or "accomplished", thus diminishing any wall that hold's that belief of no sex before marriage.
or I am just very cynical lol.
I don't really care and i mean it

Once you have had sex before marriage, it "can" become the norm. This may tell your conscience that you have finally done it and you have accomplished your goal or from now on you have this "need" to have sex. Thus destroying any thought in your conscience of having sex before marriage is bad.

better to do it before than to do it after only to realize that your partner has erectile dysfunction or something
Thanks lol.
What I'm asking is not about how your view on it would change but the views of your peers. Here's a hypothetical scenario. You're a devout Christian and your church finds out that you had sex before getting married and it's obvious a very bad thing to them. Now what if you had sex again and the church finds out again. Is it just as bad as the first time?

Jebus is a nice guy, because each week he forgives the same sin over and over again without any consequences. As long as that donation plate keeps getting filled, it's all good!
Oh and don't forget, when you confess, it's only between you and the priest, so other church members do not know, unless the priest spreads the good news. That's modern christian my friend. So I say go ahead and screw that christian girl! It's all good!
Afterall, if you don't sin, Jebus died for nothing.![]()
Well, nowadays it is just as likely that, after confession, she was nailed by that priest because he now knows that she puts out, LOL... Most of process that you're talking about relates only to catholics, but not the mainstream christianity per se. There is also the issue of 'technical' virginity in which the woman never has vaginal sex but does everything else (oral and anal sex, multiple partners, prostitution, et cetera). Some of these 'virgins' even have STDs including HIV/AIDS. People have selectively focused on the semantics of the words rather than the spirit of the acts in order to maintain their sense of innocence.
Why do you need someone's approval? Sad to say, society has no longer placed emphasis in this, and the repercussions and consequences are evident.
Believe what you believe. Nuff said.
Linda Chung is the hk chinese version of fany.
I think it would depend on the situation itself. For example, if they found out and you didn't say much then I guess they would guess you may do it again or they will not be as surprised as you did it already the first time. However, if you said you were going to change and was very sorry about it, then I guess they would expect you to change and it would be more of a surprise. Though I would think that overall, there would not be as much surprise and the overall guilt would probably be felt by you rather than those around you.
Depends on how you see it...as other people said before if you are a devoted christian but you go and have sex for the first time. According to the Bible that'll be a sin and as so you have to repent of it. But if you repent and go do it again, it'll just become recidivism. So basically yeah i think it is worst if you know is bad and you do it again.
Again it depends in your cultures, believes and religion.
