Damn is this a good series or what. There's so much suspense in the movie and I'm glad there are several comical events in the series, other wise it woulda been boring. I never really liked that guy Bosco but he does a pretty good job in the movie. I give this a 4/5 even though I haven't watched the ending yet.

I personally think the series started out waaaaaayyyyyy to slow for the viewers to get interested in it.
I think Bosco's role isn't that good since his character develops slow compared to Raymond's role

i think that teh series was great in the beginning
now it dragging
the sword appear in the first couple eposides
then near the end before it reshow it
the love between charmine and raymond kinda bad
there just no chemistry.
no wonder they cant be lover in yummy yummy
they just dont much
i love raymond movie and charmine, but this one i feel it kinda disappointed
i been waiting this series since last year.
i agreed that there are some good part but still

the plot is well made
every part of it is interesting

i think 2006 started out pretty good with 2 great ancient series so far, this one and A Pillow Case of Mystery. i really like this series, the characters are great, the storyline is interesting, and i enjoy the characters' relationships. i admit that Raymond and Charmaine could add a little more spark into it, but besides that, i still love it. it was definitely worth the waiting for....... how long have we waited....... a year.

yay just finished the ending. Really was a good series. The ending didn't feel like it was rushed like most tvb series. I feel so satisfied... time to start another series

of course it did have rush
i have a feeling that it might happen becuase under china history
that the mongo didnt take back the empire
i love the ending cuz charmine smile, he been having a sad face in most of the series

overall i like the series especially the ending not like the normal one. I compare this series to the twin of brothers this is much better especially the ending. I like that they explain all the character ending. I just hate the guessing part. I give 4/5

well duh, but im talking about character wise.. compared to a lot of 40 ep series they don't usually take their time with the endings, mostly just quickly kill off the enemy then its a wrap. but with LWLP they actually explained what happed with every character... and quit bitin my lines... un

I love this series! The storyline had no real good/bad guys. It made me think about what is right and wrong. Everyone had their own reasons for doing what they had to do. I love the Charmaine and Raymond relationship. It was the highlight for me ~ hehe. I know some people might not like it, but I really enjoyed the entire series and their characters. I like how the ending wasn't that disappointing. Now, if the story stuck with the original book version, I don't know if I'd actually like it this much.
