when you say quality isn't excellent, do you mean it lags a lot??

Umm, no I meant the picture quality. I did notice some choppy video playback from time to time, but that's more like an exception to the rule.

Maybe in Holland we are more lucky :)

I doubt this is going to work fine for you since it's even unbearable for me to watch, but you never know. There is a free ATV stream here:
    http://www.wcetv.com/v5_2009/default_v55ex.asp

The direct link for Windows Media Player is:
    http://www.wcetv.com/asx/LIB/LIB100275_v5.asx

It seems to be live according to this US schedule (click on Monday):

They just finished showing the beauty peagent from 2pm.

That's correct, they are closed between 5am and 6am or so. You should see the picture below though. Otherwise check the FAQ tab:

Full buffer, but no picture or no sound?

If all channels have this problem, please upgrade your Windows Media Player, or use VLC player instead. If only some channels had this problem, then mainly it is because the channel source had problems.

These are only good if ur internet speed & bandwidth are super fast in ur country. Otherwise the frequent buffering may drive you nuts.

Yes that's true, and even with a high speed Internet there is no guarantee since you might be too far away from the source. Oh well, not everybody can be lucky.

The stream is 430Kbps, so assuming that it's actually consuming that amount in real time, then it's about 200MB per hour.
    See http://web.forret.com/tools/filesize.asp?speed=430&unit=Kbps&dur=3600

Currently it's consuming 0Kbps though, it's kind of dead. Which one of you broke it ? ... just kidding :) Hopefully it will come back.
