Celeries are the best. It's negative calory - the food itself has few calory and it actually takes more calory to digest.

Soup is one of my favorite filling-foods. There’s so many varieties to choose from. If you make the soup from scratch you can avoid high sodium levels too. Tomato soup is a fairly low calorie choice and paired with a salad it’s an easy and healthy meal.

Cauliflower is a good choice.
It can be cooked to mimic potato or rice.
so, u don't eat potato and rice which is very very fattening.

Mashed cauliflower to replace mashed potato.
boil cauliflower,
mash the cauliflower with butter, cheese, salt, and other seasoning like pepper, or mustard, herbs, etc.

Cauliflower to replace fried rice.
Boil cauliflower,
then use blender or chopper to chop the cauliflower into small small like rice.
Use the cauliflower grains like you use normal rice.
You can then use the cauliflower to make fried rice, nasi lemak, hainanese chicken rice, etc.
