I'm a pretty small guy. quite skinny. so i've been thinking to join up to the gym and maybe put on some muscle/weight.
i'm not looking to be big and bulky.. just a little bigger with a little muscle and toned.
im completely new to this and have no idea what types of food i should be eating or the exercises i should be doing.
i've just been told carbs before and protein after?
any advice?
