^i don't think you should actually start the protein shake that early maybe intake natural protein first? Unless you are not gaining what you want i wouldn't go there. I quit protein shakes a while ago, i mean they give you a boost of confidence kinda a placebo effect but unless you take the right amount (which is usually too much to be enjoyable) it won't really help too much. Most whey protein shakes taste like shit lol muscle milk is decent but thats not even a protein shake, plus dont take that unless you are really trying to lift weights and and do a lot of muscle based workouts or until later on, definitely not at start.
