Yes, Its just because, In times of high tension, cigarettes provide relief, as indicated by the following typical comments of one of our respondents: "When I have a problem, and it comes back and back, warningly saying, 'Well, what are you going to do about this?' a cigarette almost acts like a consolation. Somehow it relieves the pressure on my chest.
yes i'm a smoker.. i started cause of peer pressure.. yes i know of the negatives of smoking (cancer & etc.), yes i've tried quitting, easier said then done, also i have to say smoking does make you less stressful at that moment but i know it's not an excuse to smoke..
hopefully one day i can FINALLY quit smoking!! (i have cut down alot already)!! =)
very expensive for cigarettes in NY now one time had a hard time finding a place to buy in manhattan entered a corner shop but it was like $12.50 gave in and bought it I probably could have got a nice lunch with the money cheapest right now in my area is $11 and some change at a nearby gas station also I had to pay close to or around $6 so for a box of black&mild
but that reminds me wen i was younger, i picked up my dad's almost finished cigarette off the ground and exhale it instead of inhaling...but damn that was bad...never did i touch a cigarette after that..lol
