I really want to lose 20lbs quickly. Since I have been to college each year I gain about 10lbs per year and this is my 2nd year going to my 3rd. I want to lose it all back to the way my weight was before I went to college. With the extra weight it cause my face to look wider. So I was wondering if any one can give me any advice on weight loss. Also methods that are effective. The main things I need to work on is my face and my arms..My legs are long because I am 5'9 so my legs always looks thin.. But its just my face and arms are wider then I want them to be. Thanks
