Soup is one of my favorite filling-foods. There’s so many varieties to choose from. If you make the soup from scratch you can avoid high sodium levels too. Tomato soup is a fairly low calorie choice and paired with a salad it’s an easy and healthy meal.
Mashed cauliflower to replace mashed potato.
boil cauliflower,
mash the cauliflower with butter, cheese, salt, and other seasoning like pepper, or mustard, herbs, etc.
Cauliflower to replace fried rice.
Boil cauliflower,
then use blender or chopper to chop the cauliflower into small small like rice.
Use the cauliflower grains like you use normal rice.
You can then use the cauliflower to make fried rice, nasi lemak, hainanese chicken rice, etc.
i dont like veggies, veggies are for cows, i neither diet... but if i really have to choose one, then it would be "iceberg lettuce", good for your salad and its also on the mac chickens!
